Our coldwater prawns are an exquisite luxury, sustainably sourced from the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans with complete supply chain traceability. As the name implies, our coldwater prawns come from the icy waters around Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Canada. These prawns grow naturally, slowly developing their signature taste. Delicate, sweet, mildly salty and perfect for a prawn cocktail. Our cold water prawns are available in a variety of sizes, all pre-cooked and ready to eat once defrosted.
As one of the biggest importers of cold water prawns in the UK, we’ve made sure that our processing facility in Sefton leads the way for the rest of the food manufacturing industry.
