As our products are frozen foods, they are excluded from our returns policy due to food safety regulations. We reserve the right to not accept any item for return unless it is damaged through a fault of our own or has been delivered by us incorrectly. We will collect any returned products and your account will be refunded or credited, or a replacement delivery will be arranged depending on your requirements. your statutory rights are not affected.
