Our diverse selection is sourced from mainly the UK which are hand-dived and hand-shucked by professionals at the shore. Except for our Japanese roeless scallops, extra-large North American roeless scallops & Mexican Bay scallops. Offering both roe-on and roeless options you can either use the roe with a slightly stronger taste to compliment the richness of the scallop meat. Or take advantage of our roeless scallop options and add them straight to the pan ready for service.
